10": Pointed, dark and trashy attack with a fast decay. Insert an additional 10” Dry Dark Splash (not included) resting in the bottom cymbal for even greater attack, a more prominent chick sound and ever quicker decay, or use it as an alternate bottom cymbal for a low volume, soft hi hat pairing that retains crisp sticking. When not used as a Hi Hat pair, the top cymbal makes for a quick and trashy splash and the bottom can be used as an accent bell or rested on a drum as a mute or alternate sticking surface.
13": Pointed, dark and trashy attack with a quick decay. Insert an additional 13” Dry Dark Crash resting in the bottom cymbal for even greater attack, a more prominent chick sound and quicker decay, or use it as an alternate bottom cymbal for a low volume, soft hi hat pairing with balanced sticking and a relatively low pitch. When not used as a Hi Hat pair, the top cymbal makes for a quick and trashy crash and the bottom can be used as an accent bell.
17": Dark and trashy attack. Washy, yet with a quick decay. Insert an additional 17” Dry Dark Crash resting in the bottom cymbal for a focused attack on top and a fat, crunchy attack on the side as well as a more prominent chick sound. Paired with the 17” Dry Dark Crash as an alternate bottom, they’re dark, and trashy but with moderate volume. When not used as a Hi Hat Pair, the top cymbal makes an explosive full bodied crash, and the bottom can be used as a small light ride or bell effect.
